摘  要:目的:采用~1H-NMR指纹图谱技术结合多元统计分析方法,建立长鞭红景天和狭叶红景天的准确分类、鉴别方法。方法:以~1H-NMR技术测定长鞭红景天和狭叶红景天样品的全成分信息,并转化为数据矩阵,对长鞭红景天和狭叶红景天进行相似度考察,采用化学模式识别中层序聚类分析(HCA)、主成分分析法(PCA)、偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)以及正交的偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)进行识别分析。结果:运用~1H-NMR技术结合多元统计分析方法能有效地区分长鞭红景天和狭叶红景天。结论:建立的基于~1H-NMR指纹图谱技术结合多元统计分析方法是一种有效的红景天鉴别方法,该方法高效、简便,可为红景天属药用植物的品质评价提供参考。Objective:To establish an efficient classification assay for identification of Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola kirilowii based on 1H-NMR fingerprint and multivariate statistical analysis method.Methods:The full compositional information of Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola kirilowii samples were determined by 1H-NMR technique and converted into a data matrix,and the similarities of Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola kirilowii were investigated,hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA),principal component analysis(PCA),partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA),and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to identify and analyze.Results:1H-NMR technology combined with multivariate statistical analysis method could effectively distinguish Rhodiola fastigiata and Rhodiola kirilowii.Conclusion:The method based on 1H-NMR fingerprinting technology combined with multivariate statistical analysis method is an effective method for classifying and identifying Rhodiola species.The method is efficient and simple,and it provides a reference for the quality evaluation and clinical application of the Rhodiola medicinal plant.
