摘 要:目的探讨头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)组织中的Smad7蛋白、趋化因子4(CXCR4)蛋白的表达变化及其意义。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年1月病理科收集的80例HNSCC组织(HNSCC组)、对应部位的正常头颈部组织80例(对照组),采用免疫组化染色检测两组标本中的Smad7蛋白、CXCR4蛋白阳性表达率,并分析二者与HNSCC组织中的病理学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、病灶直径之间的关系。结果HNSCC组标本中的Smad7蛋白、CXCR4蛋白阳性表达率分别为72.50%、68.75%,对照组的Smad7蛋白、CXCR4蛋白阳性表达率分别为7.50%、10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);低分化、TNM分期(Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期)、发生淋巴结转移的HNSCC组织中的Smad7蛋白、阳性率显著的高于高中分化、TNM分期(Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期)、未发生淋巴结转移的HNSCC组织(P<0.05);TNM分期(Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期)、发生淋巴结转移的HNSCC组织中的Smad7蛋白、阳性率显著的高于TNM分期(Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期)、未发生淋巴结转移的HNSCC组织(P<0.05)。结论HNSCC组织中的Smad7蛋白、CXCR4蛋白的表达水平升高,并且与肿瘤的病理学特征具有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Smad7 protein and chemokine 4(CXCR4)protein in tissues of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).Methods Eighty HNSCC tissues(HNSCC group)and 80 normal head and neck tissues(control group)were collected from the pathology department of First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from 2016.01 to 2017.01.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the positive expression rates of Smad7 protein and CXCR4 protein in the two groups.The relationship between the two and pathological differentiation,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and lesion diameter in HNSCC tissues was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Smad7 protein and CXCR4 protein in HNSCC group were 72.50%and 68.75%,respectively.The positive expression rates of Smad7 protein and CXCR4 protein in the control group were 7.50%and 10.00%,respectively(P<0.05).The positive rate of Smad7 protein in HNSCC tissues with poor differentiation,TNM stage(stageⅢ+Ⅳ)and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of high-medium differentiation,TNM stage(stageⅠ+Ⅱ),and HNSCC tissues without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The positive rate of Smad7 protein in TNS stage(stageⅢ+Ⅳ)and HNSCC with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in TNM stage(stageⅠ+Ⅱ)and HNSCC without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Smad7 protein and CXCR4 protein in HNSCC tissues are elevated and have a certain correlation with the pathological features of tumors.
