摘 要:Careless disposal of dead or sick livestock seriously affect environmental sanitation and human food safety.There are many challenges for centralized monitoring of traditional traceability processes based on RFID networks.This paper proposes blockchain technology to monitor the network for dead or sick livestock,improving monitoring effectiveness and trust in the system.A decentralized structure is employed to overcome drawbacks evident for traditional supervision processes and ensure process credibility.Reduced loss from contract fraud is achieved by minimizing the opportunity for malicious or accidental events through intelligent technology.Security and stability of the system is guaranteed by employing a distributed database based on a P2P network.Application of blockchain technology for monitoring dead or sick livestock can greatly improve monitoring,system pressure,government credibility and public trust,and avoid potential safety problems caused by illegal processing.Careless disposal of dead or sick livestock seriously affect environmental sanitation and human food safety.
