摘  要:目的探讨访谈教育在药品不良反应报告和监测工作中的应用效果。方法从医院每个职能部门及临床医技科室各抽取4名医务人员进行2次访谈教育,内容包括对药品不良反应报告和监测意义及概念认识是否充分、是否知晓上报流程及对该工作的相关建议等。结果对272名医务人员进行访谈教育,报告与监测意义的知晓率由44.85%提高到63.24%(P<0.05),制度及职责知晓率分别由41.18%、33.09%提高到86.76%、80.15%(P<0.05),药品不良反应定义知晓率由34.56%提高到87.50%(P<0.05),新的、严重药品不良反应定义知晓率由27.94%提高到78.68%(P<0.05),上报流程知晓率由38.97%提高到88.97%(P<0.05),报告率由0.59%上升至0.91%(P<0.05)。结论访谈教育可提高药品不良反应报告和监测水平,也为其他医疗机构提供新的参考和依据。Objective To study the application effect of interview education in the reporting and monitoring of ADRs.Methods It is planned to interview 4 medical staff in each functional department and clinical medical technology department.Its content including:whether the medical workers had sufficient understanding of the significance and concept of adverse drug reaction monitoring,whether they knew the reporting process,relevant suggestions for the work,etc.Results 272 medical staff received interview education.The awareness rate of ADRs and monitoring increased from 44.85%to 63.24%(P<0.05).The awareness rate of system and responsibility increased from 41.18%and 33.09%to 86.76%and 80.15%,respectively(P<0.05).The awareness rate of the definition of ADRs increased from 34.56%to 87.50%(P<0.05).The awareness rate of new and severe ADRs increased from 27.94%to 78.68%(P<0.05).The awareness rate of reporting process increased from 38.97%%to 88.97%(P<0.05).The reporting rate increased from 0.59%to 0.91%(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the interview education,the hospital has improved the reporting and monitoring level,and provided new reference and basis for other medical institutions.
