摘　　要：以交易成本理论为逻辑主线,结合交易成本理论的新观点,建立研究模型与假设,通过实地调查收集288份中国制造企业的调研数据,探讨了制造商的IT能力对其渠道治理方式以及企业间协作的影响。共检验6个假设,均得到实证分析结果的支持。另外,做了两个事后检验,观察渠道治理的中介作用和IT能力影响制造商采用合同治理和关系型治理的差异性。得到:①IT能力有助于企业加强渠道治理,既能强化企业的合同治理,也能强化企业的关系型治理;②IT能力通过强化企业对渠道的治理能够加强企业间协作,促使企业更多地与其合作伙伴共同制定计划、共同解决问题;③IT能力对合同治理的促进作用大于对关系型治理的促进作用。This paper examines the impact of the IT capability of manufacturers on channel governance mechanisms and inter-firm collaboration based on the transaction cost theory. Six hypotheses are tested based on the data collected from 288 manufacturers, and all hypotheses are supported. In addition, two ad hoc tests are conducted to observe the mediating effect of channel governance, as well as the difference between the effects of IT capability on the contractual governance and relational governance of manufacturers. It is found that IT capability has positive effects on channel governance, enhancing both contractual governance and relational governance. Besides, IT capability strengthens inter-firm collaboration through its effect on the channel governance of manufacturers, promoting both joint planning and joint problem solving. Moreover, IT capability has a stronger impact on contractual governance compared to relational governance.
