摘  要:[目的]筛选出适合周口烟草种植、生产浓香型特征优质烟叶的移栽期。[方法]在2017—2018年,连续2年定点试验,每年均延迟移栽期10d,探究延迟移栽对烤后烟中性香气成分的影响。[结果]延迟移栽可以显著提高烤烟各部位的中性香气成分,其中烟叶新植二烯、类胡萝卜素类降解产物与香气成分的提升呈正相关,与类西柏烷类降解产物产物呈负相关。[结论]延迟移栽是适合周口烟区生产浓香型特征优质烟叶的合理措施。[Objective] To screen suitable transplanting dates suitable for tobacco planting in Zhoukou.[Method] In 2017-2018,two consecutive years of fixed-point experiments were conducted by delaying transplanting for 10 days each year,and the effects of delayed transplanting on neutral aroma components of flue-cured tobacco was explored.[Result] Delayed transplantation could significantly improve the neutral aroma components in different parts of flue-cured tobacco. Among them,the degradation products of new phytadiene and carotenoids were positively correlated with the enhancement of aroma components,while the degradation products of cetylidene were negatively correlated.[Conclusion] Delayed transplantation is suitable for maintaining the production of strong aroma in Zhoukou tobacco growing area.
