摘 要:量化图书馆信息服务功能性用户体验,将其与图书馆信息服务联系在一起开展研究,以获得图书馆用户在使用图书馆各项信息服务过程中所感受到的、所获得的全部内容的总和。回顾相关理论、概念,详细阐释图书馆信息服务的内容,从主客观两个角度出发,分别以任务维、行为维和体验描述来量化功能性用户体验。文章将功能性用户体验与图书馆提供的信息服务高度结合,确定其变量并加以测度,为量化图书馆信息服务用户体验理清了思路,为后续实验研究打下基础。This paper quantified the functional user experience of library information services and combined with library information services, in order to obtain the sum of all the contents that the user feels and gets in the process of using the library information service. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant theories. On the basis of carding the development process of user experience and the development status of library information service, the concept of user experience and library information service is expounded. Secondly, it analyzes the contents of library information service and combines the user experience with it. From the perspective of subjective and objective, respectively, quantify the user experience with task dimension, behavioral dimension and experience description. Finally, the variables for functional user experience of library information services can be determined and measured with task dimension, behavioral dimension and experience description. And it clearing the mind for experimental study on quantifying the experience of the user.
