摘  要:结合目前公立三级专科医院公开招聘工作现状,以天津医科大学代谢病医院为例,从医院背景、招聘政策、招聘方式方法及招聘渠道等方面分析当前招聘工作可能存在的问题,针对问题提出改进建议,为完善公开招聘工作提供理论依据。从制定公开招聘计划,严把资格初审关,科学合理增编定编,搞好自主招聘与同工同酬,树立医院形象,提升医院知名度等方面,是探索三级公立专科医院公开招聘工作的发展走向及解决对策。Taking the metabolic hospital of Tianjin Medical University as an example, combined with the current status of open recruitment of public tertiary hospitals, this study analyzes the possible problems of current recruitment work from the aspects of hospital background, recruitment policy, recruitment methods and recruitment channels. Furthermore, our research proposes improvements to existing problems and provides a theoretical basis for improving open recruitment. We believe that the development trend and solutions of the open recruitment work of the public tertiary specialty hospitals include the formulation of an open recruitment plan, strict initial examination of qualifications, scientific and rational increase of personnel and fixed personnel, self-employment and equal pay for equal work, establishment of hospital image, and promotion of hospital visibility.
