摘  要:深腔是飞行器类目标的必要几何构成,如进气道、深腔是隐身飞行器重要的散射源之一,也是识别该类目标的重要特征之一,因此对深腔散射中心模型研究具有重要的应用意义.本文针对电大矩形深腔的散射中心建模进行了研究,利用射线追踪确定多次反射等效散射中心的位置,并以全波数值方法数据对散射中心的幅度参数进行精确估计,获得了高精度散射中心模型,该模型具有物理性,其参数与腔体的几何参数直接相关,便于模型的实际使用.验证结果表明,散射中心模型可以精确模拟电大深腔目标的雷达散射截面起伏和高分辨一维距离像特征.Rectangular cavity is an essentially geometric structure of aircraft target,like inlet duct. As deep rectangular cavity is one of the most important scattering sources of concealed aircraft and the important identifying characteristics of this kind of target,it has significant meaning and practical applications in the research of scattering center modeling. In this paper,to design a high-precision scattering center model,a scattering center model of electrically large deep rectangular cavity was studied,utilizing ray tracing to determine the location of the multiple reflections of equivalent scattering centers,using the data of full-wave numerical method to accurately estimate the amplitude parameters of the scattering centers. In this model,there set some physical properties and a direct relationship between its parameters and the geometric parameters of cavity for the actual usage of model easily. The validated results indicate that scattering center model can precisely simulate the wave of the radar cross section and the high resolution range profiles of the electrically large deep rectangular cavity targets.
