摘  要:描述肌酐检测在临床疾病诊断上的价值,肌酐检测方法有Jaffe反应法、硫酸铜肌酐复合物氧化Metol光度法、酶法、化学发光法与荧光匀相法、毛细管电泳法、拉曼散射法、电极法、高效液相色谱法、同位素稀释质谱法等。其中部分方法目前未见有系统评价,临床上因方法学和其他各类原因导致肌酐检测结果存在明显差异,该文较全面地综述了肌酐检测的方法学评价及研究进展。Creatinine is one of the most important clinical biomarkers.Its measurement is based on the Jaffe method,copper sulfate creatinine complex oxidation metol photometry,enzymatic assays,chemiluminescence method and fluorescence homogenization method,capillary electrophoresis,Raman scattering method,electrode method,high performance liquid chromatography and isotope dilution mass spectrometry.There are significant differences in creatinine test results due to methodological and other reasons.In this paper reviews the methodological evaluation and their development of creatinine test.
