摘 要:吸引高校学前教育专业学生到农村幼儿园任教是提升农村师资队伍质量的最佳、最主要方式。促进高校学前教育专业学生顺利进入农村幼儿园任教的前提是了解他们的就业意向、影响因素及不同就业意向学生到农村幼儿园任教的期许条件,从而提出促进他们到农村幼儿园就业的现实路径。应确保愿意到农村幼儿园任教的高校学前教育专业的学生顺利进入,吸引不排斥来的学生,同时争取不愿意的学生到农村幼儿教师队伍中去,以缓解当前农村幼儿教师队伍所面临的困境。Attracting preschool education students to teach in rural kindergartens is the best and most important way to improve the quality of rural teachers. Encouraging university preschool education specialized students to teach in the rural kindergarten is the premise of understanding their employment intention, influence factors and different employment intention of students to the countryside kindergarten teacher expectations conditions, thus put forward the realistic approach to promote their employment in rural kindergarten, to ensure that those who are willing to teach in the countryside kindergarten can enter the kindergarten smoothly, to attract more students, as well as pursuing unwilling students into rural preschool teachers' team, to alleviate the current difficulties facing the rural preschool teachers.
