摘  要:目的通过案例库的建立在输血科教学中的应用,探讨不同教学模式对输血科教学质量的影响,为临床输血教学多元化提供依据。方法回顾性分析2013年1月-2018年8月在本院输血科实习学生176人,按照单纯应用传统教学模式与传统教学结合案例库教学模式两种教学方法将其分成两组,并对两组学生出科考试成绩进行分析比较。结果案例库建立后,学生实验操作考核平均成绩由原来的96.1分提高到99.6分;理论考核成绩的平均分由原来的82.3分提高到96.7分,成绩提高显著P<0.05;学生对教师总体满意度也逐年提升。结论案例库的建立让学生在有限实习期内见识各种实际案例,不仅有助于提高学生学习成绩、把书本理论和临床实践更好地结合,能够提高带教老师的能动性及输血教学质量。Objective Through the application of case base in the teaching of blood transfusion department, we discussed the influence of different teaching modes on the teaching quality of blood transfusion department, and provided the basis for the diversification of clinical blood transfusion teaching. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2013 to January 2018, 176 students practice in our hospital transfusion, in accordance with the simple application of the traditional teaching mode and traditional teaching combined with case base teaching mode of two kinds of teaching methods will be divided into two groups, and two groups of students on examination results were analyzed. Results After the establishment of the case base, the average score of students’ experimental operation examination increased from 96.1 to 99.6, the average score of theoretical examination from 82.3 to 96.7, and the score increased significantly(P<0.05). With the deepening of the teaching reform after the establishment of the case base, teachers made great efforts to improve their own level, and students’ overall satisfaction with teachers also increased year by year. Conclusion The establishment of case base enables students to see many kinds of actual cases in limited internship period. It not only helps to improve students’ interest in learning, better integrate Book Theory with clinical practice, but also improves the initiative of teachers and continuously improves the quality of blood transfusion teaching.
