中国成人居民营养素补充知识态度行为调查

摘　　要：目的通过横断面调查,探讨中国居民营养素补充知识态度行为现状及相关影响因素。方法抽取中国多地区成人居民27564人,通过问卷调查获得基本信息、对营养素补充类产品的知识、态度以及食用情况。结果 18~55岁被调查居民中有51.9%认为营养素补充类产品是必须的,55岁以上被调查对象中有42.4%认为营养素补充类产品是必须的。18~55岁被调查居民中有29.0%在过去一年购买过营养素补充类产品,55岁以上被调查居民中有41.0%在过去一年曾经购买营养素补充类产品。另外,18~55岁被调查居民中有55.9%曾经食用过营养素补充类产品,55岁以上被调查居民中有45.6%曾经食用过营养素补充类产品。结论被调查人群中近半数居民曾经食用过营养素补充类产品并且认为是必须的,过去一年内55岁以上被调查居民的营养素补充类产品购买率高于中青年人。Objective To examine the knowledge, attitude and nutrients supplement intake in Chinese residents and its influencing factors through cross-sectional studies. Methods A total of 30635 residents from different areas in China were recruited by multiple stage stratified cluster sampling methods. Basic information, knowledge, attitude and behavior on nutrients supplements were collected by enrollment questionnaires. Results 51.9% of 18-55 years old residents and 42.4% of elderly respondents surveyed believed that nutrients supplements was necessary. About 29.0% of the 18-55 years old and 41.0% of the elderly had purchased nutritional supplements in the past year. In addition, 55.9% residents aged 18-55 and 45.6% of the elderly had consumed nutrients supplements. Conclusion Nearly half of the residents in China have ever consumed nutrient supplements and considered them necessary. In the past year, the purchase rate in the elderly is higher than that of the young and middle-aged.
