摘  要:从煤矿采掘现状出发,分析目前煤矿采掘绩效评价出现的问题,构建煤矿采掘绩效能力评价指标体系,利用G1法对各个评价指标赋予权重,在此基础上,利用灰色评价方法以A煤矿为例进行了算例分析,A煤矿采掘绩效评价得分为一般水平,A煤矿应该加强安全水平和人力资源管理水平,提高其作业效率。构建的评价指标为煤矿采掘绩效能力评价提供了指导,丰富了相关理论框架。Based on the current situation of coal mining,this paper summarized the problems existing in the performance evaluation of coal mining,and built an evaluation index system for coal mining performance. The G1 method was used to assign weights to each evaluation index,on this basis,taking A coal mine as an example to carry out case analysis by using grey evaluation method. The mining performance evaluation score of A coal mine was a general level. A coal mine should strengthen the safety level and human resource management level and improve its operation efficiency. The evaluation index provided guidance for the evaluation of coal mining performance and enriched the relevant theoretical framework.
