左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎并结膜炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎并结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取射阳仁爱耳鼻喉医院2015年3月—2017年12月收治的重症细菌性角膜炎并结膜炎患者58例,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组患者采用诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗,观察组患者采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,两组患者均持续治疗15 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后视力改善情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎并结膜炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高视力。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis complicated with conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 58 cases of severe bacterial keratitis complicated with conjunctivitis patients were selected from March 2015 to December 2017 in Sheyang Renai ENT Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different methods,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with norfloxacin eye drops,observation group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops,both groups were treated for 15 days.The clinical effect and eyesight before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference of eyesight was found between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the eyesight of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Levofloxacin eye drops have a good clinical effect in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis complicated with conjunctivitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote eyesight.
