摘 要:目的 探讨单侧肾铸形结石形成的相关性解剖学因素。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月—2018年12月本院收治的34例单侧肾铸形结石患者的临床影像资料,对比患者健侧肾脏与结石侧肾脏的解剖学因素。结果 两组肾的肾下盏长度、肾上盏长度无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组肾的肾下盏高度、肾下盏宽度,肾下盏穹隆部最大宽度、肾上盏宽度,肾上盏穹隆部最大宽度以及肾盂漏斗部夹角具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 肾铸形结石的发生与肾脏的解剖学因素具备相关性,此中肾上、下盏宽度、肾上、下盏穹隆部最大宽度,肾下盏高度以及肾盂漏斗部夹角可能是造成肾铸形结石形成的重要因素。Objective To investigate the anatomical factors related to the formation of unilateral renal cast stones. Methods A retrospective study was performed on the clinical imaging data of 34 patients with unilateral renal cast stone who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College during January 2016 and December 2018. The anatomical factor of the kidney without stones and the stone kidney was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the length of the lower calyces and the upper calyces between the two groups ( P> 0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the height of the lower calyces, the width of the lower calyces, the maximum width of the lower calyces dome, the maximum width of the upper calyces dome, and the infundibulopelvic angle ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusions The formation of renal calculi is correlated with the anatomical factors of the kidney, among which the width of the upper and lower calyces, the maximum width of the dome of the upper and lower calyces, the height of the lower calyces and the infundibulopelvic angle may be the important factors for the formation of renal calculi.
