丰富康复训练对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价丰富康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能康复疗效。方法 选择2018年1—10月本院收治的70例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规康复组和丰富康复组两组,每组各35例。两组患者均采用常规药物治疗和常规康复训练,丰富康复组在此基础上增加丰富环境干预。治疗前和治疗后分别采用神经功能缺损程度、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评估。结果 4个疗程后,两组神经功能缺损评分均降低(P<0.01),FMA、MoCA、MBI评分均提高(P <0. 01)。丰富康复组神经功能缺损评分低于常规康复组(P <0. 05),MoCA、MBI评分均高于常规康复组(P<0.05)。结论 丰富康复训练对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损改善、认知功能改善及日常生活能力提高更为显著。Objective To investigate the effects of enriched rehabilitation training on neurological functions of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 70 cases of patients with ischemic stroke,admitted to our hospital during January 2018 and October 2018,were randomly divided into routine rehabilitation group( 35 cases) and enriched rehabilitation group( 35 cases). Both groups received routine medication and routine rehabilitation training.The enriched rehabilitation group received environmental enrichment in addition.They were assessed with the degree of nervous functional defects,simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment( FMA),Montreal Cognitive Assessment( Mo CA),Modified Barthel Index( MBI) before and after treatment. Results After 4 courses of treatment,the scores of the degree of nervous functional defects decreased in both groups after treatment( P<0.01),and the scores of FMA,Mo CA and MBI increased in both groups after treatment( P<0.01).The scores of the degree of nervous functional defects decreased more in the enriched rehabilitation group than in the routine rehabilitation group( P < 0. 05),and the scores of Mo CA and MBI increased more in the enriched rehabilitation group than in the routine rehabilitation group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Enriched rehabilitation training could promote the recovery of nerve function,improve cognitive dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke,and improvement of the ability of daily living is more significant..
