摘　　要：针对军改新形势下军队医院人才发展现状,某院积极探索人力资源管理的新思路,为医院转型发展做好人才储备。因政策和改革影响,人才队伍老化、结构断层、人员思想不稳定等问题已明显制约医院的发展。通过完善医院管理制度,建立医院人才发展战略,加强人才培训,引进高层次人才,制定高效的绩效考核机制和公平的职业考评标准,打造适合人才发展的平台,构建完善的军队医院人才培养体系。Currently,military hospital talent administration faces new challenges in the background of China's military reform.Under the influence of reform policy,the development of our hospital is obviously restricted by factors like aging talent team,irrational personnel structure and unstable thoughts.A new way of human resource management is explored in our hospital to build up a bigger talent pool for development transition.Different solutions are attempted to make the hospital get out of such restriction.System of hospital management was improved, strategy of talent development was deployed,mechanism of personnel training was established,introduction of top brains was promoted,scheme of performance appraisal was planned and standard of competence evaluation was prepared.After the efforts of the above actions,a talent development platform was built and personnel training system was dramatically improved in our hospital.
