摘 要:采用重载车轮镟修参数中较大进给量与切削深度切削重载货运D840车轮材料,研究切削参数及KCP25与GC4215两种粗加工刀具对D840车轮材料切削力的影响。对试验数据进行极差分析,并分析切削力与三个因素(vc、f、ap)之间的关系,采用多元线性回归方法建立切削力的预测模型,通过试验验证模型的合理性。结果表明:两种刀具的三向切削力随切削速度的增大而减小,随进给量和切削深度的增大而增大,其中切削深度与进给量是影响切削力的主要因素;在相同切削条件下,GC4215刀具车削D840车轮材料的三向切削力均大于KCP25刀具;所得到的两种刀具切削力预测模型与试验结果具有较好的一致性。The effects of cutting parameters and two roughing tools (KCP25 and GC4215) on cutting force of turning D840 wheel material by using large feed rate and cutting depth are studied.Based on the results of orthogonal test,the range analysis is conducted,and the relationship between the cutting force and the three factors( v c、 f、a p) is analyzed.The cutting force model is established via multivariable linear regression analysis and the rationality is verified through random test.The results show that the cutting forces along three directions mentioned above decrease with the increase of cutting speed and increase with the increase of feed rate and cutting depth.The cutting depth and the feed rate are the main factors that affect the cutting forces.Under the conditions of same cutting parameters,the cutting force of turning D840 wheel material by GC4215 tool is larger than that of the KCP25 tool.And the prediction models of cutting forces obtained by the two tools are in a good agreement with the experimental results.
