摘　　要：目的 比较双颌前突矫治后女性和美貌女性的侧貌软组织特征和差异。方法选取25名美貌女性的右侧面像(美貌组),以及25例双颌前突矫治结束后女性的右侧面像(矫治组)。使用AdobePhotoshopCS6软件进行图像标准化处理。测量12个角度指标及4个线距指标,以分析两组女性侧貌软组织的差异。结果美貌组的面突角、全面突角、鼻突角、鼻底点-H线距离均大于矫治组,上唇颏突角、下唇颏突角、H角、上唇突点-E线距离、下唇突点-E线距离小于矫治组(均P<0.05)。结论相对于双颌前突矫治结束后的女性,美貌女性的软组织侧貌相对更为直立,唇部软组织凸度相对较小。Objective To compare the features and difference of soft tissues in profile between females with bimaxillary protrusion after orthodontics and beautiful females. Methods The right facial images of 25 beautiful females (beauty group) and 25 females with bimaxillary protrusion after orthodontics(orthodontics group) were selected.Adobe Photoshop CS6 software was used to standardize the images.Then 12 indices of angle and 4 indices of line spacing were measured to assess the difference in the soft tissues in profile between females of the two groups. Results The beauty group had larger angle of facial process,angle of overall process,and angle of nasal process,longer distance between subnasale and line H,but smaller angle between upper lip and chin protrusion,angle between lower lip and chin protrusion,and angle H,shorter distance between upper lip anterior and line E,and distance between lower lip anterior and line E than the orthodontics group(all P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with females with bimaxillary protrusion after orthodontics ,beautiful females obtain relatively upright soft tissue facial profile and relatively smaller convexity of labial soft tissues.
