摘　　要：目的 观察西黄胶囊对食管鳞癌患者术后放化疗毒副反应的改善作用。方法将80例食管鳞癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者术后均接受常规放化疗治疗,观察组加服西黄胶囊治疗。比较两组近期疗效,观察两组放射性肺炎、转氨酶升高、胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制等毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组放射性肺炎发生率、恶心呕吐持续时间>3d者比例低于对照组,白细胞、血小板毒副反应严重程度轻于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论西黄胶囊辅助治疗可减轻食管鳞癌患者术后放化疗毒副反应,提高近期疗效。Objective To observe the utility of Xihuang Capsules for improving postoperative chemoradiotherapy-induced toxic and side effects in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Eighty patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation,and the observation group was given additional Xihuang Capsules.Short-term efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the incidence of toxic and side effects,such as radiation pneumonitis,elevated transaminase,gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression,was observed in the two groups. Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). The observation group had a lower incidence rate of radiation pneumonitis,a lower proportion of individuals suffering from nausea and vomiting for more than 3 days,and milder leukocyte and platelet toxicity than the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of Xihuang Capsules can alleviate postoperative chemoradiotherapy-induced toxic and side effects in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,improving short-term efficacy.
