艾司奥美拉唑镁联合康复新液治疗胃巨大溃疡的临床效果及其对患者细胞免疫功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑镁联合康复新液治疗胃巨大溃疡的临床效果及其对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月本院收治的66例胃巨大溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(33例)和对照组(33例),观察组患者给予艾司奥美拉唑镁联合康复新液治疗,对照组患者单用艾司奥美拉唑镁治疗,疗程均为6周。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫细胞水平变化,治疗后内镜下溃疡愈合情况及临床疗效。结果观察组患者治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗2周、6周后的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值均显著高于治疗前(均P<0.05);治疗6周后,观察组患者CD8^+、Treg水平均显著低于治疗前(均P<0.05),而对照组患者CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值均显著高于治疗前(均P<0.05),CD8^+、Treg水平均显著低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗2周、6周后的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值均显著高于同期对照组(均P<0.05),治疗6周后的CD8^+、Treg水平均显著低于同期对照组(均P<0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑镁联合康复新液对胃巨大溃疡患者的临床疗效较好,能显著改善患者的细胞免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Esomeprazole magnesium combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of giant gastric ulcer and the effect cellular immune function in patients.Method Sixty-six patients with giant gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled the study and randomly divided into observation group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33).Patients in observation group were treated with Esomeprazole magnesium combined with Kangfuxin liquid, while patients in control group were treated with Esomeprazole magnesium alone for 6 weeks.Comparison of immunocyte levels before and after treatment in the two groups,as well as endoscopic ulcer healing and clinical efficacy after treatment.Result The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P < 0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio at 2 and 6 weeks after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^+ and Treg cells at 6 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio at 6 weeks after treatment in control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^+ and Treg cells were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P < 0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio at 2 and 6 weeks after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the levels of CD8^+ and Treg cells at 6 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole magnesium combined with Kangfuxin liquid has a satisfactory clinical efficacy on patients with giant gastric ulcer,and it can significantly improve the cellular immune function of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
