摘  要:科学的人才培养模式对于教育教学各要素及其融合方式具有统领作用。安康学院作为陕西省首批转型试点高校,根据转型发展的需要,以协同理论和整体性教育思想为基础,以应用型人才成长的内在要求为依据,从创新办学机制入手,协同校内各子系统以及校外系统,实行人才培养模式综合改革,构建起“四协同一体化”应用型人才培养模式,为地方本科高校创新应用型人才培养模式提供了一种新视角。The scientific talent training mode plays a leading role in the elements of education and the way of integration. As the first batch of transformation pilot universities in Shaanxi,Ankang University is based on the needs of transformation and development,based on the theory of synergy and holistic education,based on the inherent requirements of the growth of applied talents,starting from the innovative school-running mechanism and coordinating the various subsystems within the school. As well as the off-campus system,the comprehensive reform of the talent training mode was implemented,and the“four-cooperative integration”applied talent training model was constructed,which provided a new perspective for the local undergraduate colleges to innovate and apply talents training mode.
