摘 要:针对轮胎模具加工中可能会出现过切、台阶频次较高等问题,对Z轴滑枕结构进行了轻量化设计。同时,分析了Z轴结构影响特性数学模型,提出了一种通过降低电主轴功率提升机床精度和动态性能的措施。结果表明,优化后的结构,重量减少了33%;Z轴的行程提高了20%;XZ和YZ垂直度分别达到了2.1μm/m和4.1μm/m;Z轴的双向定位精度达到了1.7μm;Z轴的双向重复定位精度达到了0.8μm。加工试验结果表明,优化后机床可有效解决加工中台阶问题,提高机床加工精度和工艺范围。Aiming at the problem that the partial processing features of the tire mold processing are overcut and the frequency of the steps is high, the Z-axis ram structure is lightly designed.At the same time, the mathematical model of the influence characteristics of Z-axis structure is analyzed, and a measure to improve the accuracy and dynamic performance of the machine tool by reducing the power of the electric spindle is proposed. The results show that the optimized structure, the weight is reduced by 33%, the Z-axis stroke is increased by 20%, the XZ and YZ verticality are respectively 2.1μm/m and 4.1μm/m;the Z-axis bidirectional positioning accuracy reaches 1.7. The μm and Z-axis bidirectional repeat positioning accuracy is 0.8μm. The processing test results show that the optimized machine tool can effectively solve the step problem in the machining and improve the machining accuracy and process range of the machine tool.
