摘  要:离子注入处理种子是一项农业物理新技术,该诱变技术稳定可靠、简便易行。采用田间试验的方法,研究不同离子注入剂量对红芸豆生物效应的影响。结果表明,低剂量氮离子注入红芸豆种子对红芸豆的生物效应影响明显,与对照相比,2×10^16N^+/cm^2剂量处理使红芸豆株高增高14.6%,豆荚数增加14.7%,百粒质量减少3.4%,产量增加5.4%。试验筛选出了处理红芸豆的最佳剂量,使红芸豆的生长潜力得到提升,产量得到一定提高,对创制新种质资源具有积极的作用。Ion implantation for seed treatment is a new agricultural physics technology,and the method is stable,reliable and convenient.Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different ion implantation doses on the biological effects of red kidney beans.The results showed that there was a significant influence on biological effect of red kidney bean treated with low dose nitrogen ion implantation.When treated with 2×10^16 N^+/cm^2 nitrogen ion,the plant height,number of pods,yield increased by 14.6%,14.7% and 5.4%,respectively,while the 100-seed quality decreased by 3.4%. The best dosage of ion implantation for red kidney bean was selected in this study,and growth potential and yield were improved.This study made positive effects on germplasm resources innovation.
