活髓切断术在成人恒牙不可复性牙髓炎治疗中的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活髓切断术在成人不可复性牙髓炎治疗中的应用。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月期间与我院就诊,临床检查后诊断为不可复性牙髓炎的患牙30例,无菌操作下通过活髓切断术保存牙髓并严密充填冠部后,随访12个月,观察其疗效。结果 30例经过活髓切断术治疗的患牙中,26例患牙活髓保存成功,3例患牙活髓保存失败,1例患牙失访,成功率达86.7%。结论活髓切断术不仅可以应用于乳牙和年轻恒牙,在成人恒牙不可复性牙髓炎中的应用也值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the aPPlication of PulPitomy in the treatment of adult irreParable PulPitis.Methods 30 teeth diagnosed as irreversible PulPitis after clinical examination were selected from January2015 to December 2016 in our hosPital.The PulP was Preserved and filled tightly under asePtic oPeration,and the Patients were followed uP for 12 months to observe the curative effect.Results Among the 30 cases, the PulP of 26 cases were successfully Preserved,3 cases failed,and 1 case lost follow-uP.The success rate was 86.7%.Conclusion PulPotomy can not only be used in deciduous teeth and young Permanent teeth.The aPPlication of Permanent teeth in adult irreversible PulPitis is also worthy of clinical PoPularization.
