情境式健康教育模式在癌症患者疼痛教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探索情境教学法在癌症患者疼痛教育中的应用效果。方法 采用问卷调查法,包括一般资料调查表、简明疼痛评估量表、生活质量调查表,选取2016年9月至2018年9月期间在云南省某三级甲等肿瘤医院住院的患者220例作为研究对象进行调查。结果 2组患者的疼痛强度评分均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.001),实验组的疼痛强度评分明显低于对照组,且差异明显;实施情景教学式疼痛教育前后患者在食欲、精神、睡眠、疲乏、疼痛、自身对癌症的认识、对治疗的态度、日常生活、治疗副作用和面部表情10方面差异具有统计学意义(P <0.001),均为实施后高于实施前,在家庭及同事的理解及配合2方面差异无统计学意义(P > 0.005)。结论 情境教学式的疼痛健康教育模式可以有效改善癌症患者疼痛治疗结局,提高癌症患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application of situational teaching method in pain education for cancer patients. Methods The questionnaire survey method was adopted, including general information questionnaire, concise pain assessment scale and quality of life questionnaire,a total of 220 patients hospitalized in a third-class A-level cancer hospital in Yunnan Province from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as subjects for investigation. Results The pain intensity scores of the two groups decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001), after implementation,they are higher than before implementation. there was no significant difference in understanding and cooperation between family and colleagues in 2 aspects (P > 0.001). Conclusion Situational teaching model of pain health education can effectively improve the outcome of pain treatment for cancer patients and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
