摘　　要：目的研究趋化因子CCL2在胶质瘤细胞株中的表达情况及意义,筛选出高表达CCL2的胶质瘤细胞株。方法采用Western blot检测胶质瘤细胞株T98G、U251、SHG44、U373、U87的CCL2表达情况。结果CCL2在5种胶质瘤细胞株中均有表达,其中U251和U373的CCL2表达水平高于T98G、SHG44及U87细胞株(P <0.001)。结论 CCL2在胶质瘤细胞株T98G、U251、SHG44、U373、U87中均有表达,提示CCL2在胶质瘤发生、发展中可能具有重要作用,U251和U373中CCL2呈高水平表达,为进一步研究CCL2在胶质瘤中的作用奠定了基础.Objective To study the expressions and significance of chemokine CCL2 in glioma cell lines, and to screen out Glioma cell lines with high expression of CCL2. Methods The expression levels of CCL2 in five glioma cell lines including T98G, U251, SHG44, U373 and U87 were detected by Western blot. Results CCL2 was expressed in all 5 glioma cell lines, and the expression levels of CCL2 in U251 and U373 were higher than those in T98G, SHG44 and U87 cell lines(P < 0.001). Conclusion CCL2 is expressed in glioma cell lines T98G, U251, SHG44, U373 and U87,suggesting that CCL2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma. CCL2 is highly expressed in U251 and U373, laying a foundation for further studies on the role of CCL2 in glioma.
