黄宗羲对传统儒学教育理念的修正与发展

摘  要:在经世观、德才观、人才观方面,黄宗羲与传统儒学的教育理念存在很大差异。在经世观方面,黄宗羲以事功说突破了传统儒学的修身养性说;在德才观方面,黄宗羲平衡了重德轻才与重才轻德两种极端观念,强调符合社会需要的同时要尊重个性发展,真正实现育人目的;在人才观方面,黄宗羲呼吁改变当时门第相高的不良学风,主张教育资源合理配置,实现教育公平、人尽其才的目的。黄宗羲的这种做法是人类寻求自我完善与发展的基本途径,是传统教育理念在应对新的历史现实中的挑战而作的一种创新,对针砭教育时弊具有极为重要的现实意义。There are great differences between the educational philosophy of Huang Zongxi and the traditional Confucianism in the aspects of the experience of the world,the moral and intelligent view,and the talent view.In the aspect of the experience of the world,Huang Zongxi broke through the self-cultivation theory of traditional Confucianism in terms of merits;in the aspect of virtues,Huang Zongxi balanced the two extreme concepts of ethics or intelligence,emphasizing the need to meet the needs of society while respecting Personality development,truly realizing the aim of education;in terms of talents,Huang Zongxi called for a change in the unhealthy academic style at that time,and advocated the rational allocation of educational resources to achieve educational fairness and the best use of talents. This practice of Huang Zongxi is the basic way for mankind to seek self-improvement and development. It is an innovation made by the traditional educational concept in dealing with the challenges of the new historical reality. It has extremely important historical significance for guiding the disadvantages of education.
