摘　　要：提出了预集成系统的概念及其实现方法,基于造纸行业的应用,分析预集成系统的逻辑控制器,电动机控制中心和架构开发管理系统。自动化控制系统与现场设备和通信基础设施中的资源相结合,实现智能制造的功能。研究网络化自动化系统的系统设计、维护和操作。This paper puts forward the concept of pre-integrated system and its implementation method.Based on the application of paper industry,the logic controller,motor control center and architecture development management system of pre-integrated system are analyzed.The automatic control system combines with the resources of field equipment and communication infrastructure to realize the function of intelligent manufacturing.The system design,maintenance and operation of networked automation system are studied.
