摘　　要：研究PLC的盐酸再生自动化控制系统。通过自控系统拟预期能够将分散于现场的智能检测单元、过程控制单元、图文操作站和上位机有机结合,协调控制,具有动态性好、跟随性强、调节稳定、友好对话等特点,满足生产工艺要求,自动化程度高,操作维护方便,具有良好的控制功能、稳定的网络性能,实际生产运行自动化。This paper studies the automatic control system of hydrochloric acid regeneration based on PLC.Through the automatic control system,it is expected that the intelligent detection unit,process control unit,graphics and text operation station and host computer which are scattered in the field can be organically combined to coordinate the control.It has the characteristics of good dynamic,strong followup,stable regulation,friendly dialogue and so on.It meets the requirements of production technology,has high degree of automation,and is easy to operate and maintain.It has good control function,stable network performance and automation of actual production and operation.
