磁力功能矫治器在正畸中的临床研究进展

摘　　要：骨性错[牙合]随儿童的生长发育而发生、发展,是临床较为常见的错[牙合]畸形。此类畸形对患者的软硬组织、咀嚼功能、心理健康等均有严重影响。对于生长发育期的患者,多采用功能矫治器进行治疗,通过对颌骨的生长改良来纠正上下颌骨矢状向、水平向及垂直向上的不调,尽可能减少手术治疗。而磁力的优势包括无摩擦、无材料疲劳、能长时间产生可预测的水平力,且不需要直接接触。在儿童青春发育期采用磁力功能矫治器矫治骨性错[牙合]已获得满意疗效。未来,希望能研发出更加舒适、安全、有效的磁力功能矫治器。Skeletal malocclusion occurs and develops with the growth and development of children,which is a common malocclusion in clinic.This kind of malocclusion has a serious impact on the soft and hard tissue,chewing function,mental health and other aspects of patients.For patients in growth and development stage,functional appliances are often used to correct the imbalance of sagittal,horizontal and vertical direction of maxilla and mandible by improving the growth of jaw,so as to reduce surgical treatment as much as possible.Advantages of magnetics include no friction,no material fatigue,the ability to produce predictable horizontal forces over a long period of time,and the need for no direct contact.The application of magnetic functional appliance in the treatment of skeletal malocclusion in children′s puberty has achieved satisfactory results .In the future,we hope to develop more comfortable,safe and effective magnetic functional appliance.
