穴位敷贴治疗中晚期肺癌(痰湿瘀阻型)咳喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位敷贴辅助治疗中晚期肺癌(痰湿瘀阻型)咳喘的疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月间在我院肿瘤科住院的68例中晚期肺癌(痰湿瘀阻型)咳喘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予中药穴位敷贴。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组咳嗽、喘息、气促、胸闷症状改善与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后KPS比较,治疗组为74.00±4.98,对照组为71.33±5.07,治疗组好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴辅助治疗中晚期肺癌(痰湿瘀阻型)能够缓解咳喘症状,提高患者生存质量。穴位敷贴具有简便、经济、疗效确切等优点。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of acupoint therapy in the treatment for the asthma accompanied with advanced lung cancer( phlegm-dampness stagnation type).Methods: Sixty-eight patients, who were from Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Hematology/Oncology Department from March 2016 to March 2018 and met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided by random sampling method into the therapy group and the control group(34 cases).Both of the two groups were treated with nutritional and symptomatic supportive treatment.The therapy group was also treated by acupoint therapy.Results: After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);after treatment,cough,wheezing,shortness of breath and chest tightness in the treatment group improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);KPS after treatment in the two groups was 74.00±4.98 in the treatment group,and 71.33±5.07 in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint therapy has a positive effect for the asthma accompanied with advanced lung cancer( phlegm-dampness stagnation type) and the using of acupoint therapy can improve the life quality.
