Effects of Long-term Aerobic Exercise on Antioxidant Capacity and Hepatocyte Apoptosis in Type 2 Diabetic Rats

摘  要:本研究旨在探讨长期低强度有氧运动干预对糖尿病大鼠氧化应激和肝细胞凋亡的影响。本研究利用100只大鼠,购买回大鼠后进行一段时间的适应性喂养饲养,选取75只大鼠制造糖尿病模型大鼠,另外25只正常饲养。造模成功后,将模型大鼠随机分为模型对照组(M组)、高强度运动组(HM组)、中强度运动组(MM组)、正常饲养大鼠为正常对照组(C组),经行为期20周的跑步干预、跑步干预结束,次日经行尾部取血,运动结束后1日进行力竭性运动后采血,检测大鼠肌酸激酶(ck)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧歧化酶(SOD)、肝细胞积分光密度值(IOD)。本研究发现,M组、MM组、HM组FINS浓度显著高于C组,p<0.05,MM组和HM组FINS浓度显著低于M组,p<0.05。M组、MM组、HM组FBG浓度显著高于C组,p<0.05,MM组和HM组FBG浓度显著低于M组,p<0.05。M组、MM组、HM组HOMA-IR显著高于C组,p<0.05,MM组和HM组HOMA-IR显著低于M组,p<0.05。MM组在FBG、HOMA-IR指标上显著低于HM组,p>0.05。C组IOD值显著低于M组、MM组、HM组,p<0.05;M组IOD值显著低于MM组,p<0.05;HM组IOD值显著高于MM组,p<0.05。CK和LDH方面,C组、M组显著高于MM和HM组,p<0.05;HM组显著低于MM组,p<0.05。MDA、SOD、GPx方面,C组、M组显著高于MM和HM组,p<0.05;MM组和HM组组间并无显著性差异,p>0.05。本研究认为,长期规律运动能够帮助糖尿病大鼠控制血糖,缓解胰岛素抵抗,增加机体内抗氧化酶数量,增强抗氧化能力。高强度运动会导致肝细胞凋亡增加,但是高强度运动对抗氧化能力的增强最有效。This study was designed to investigate the effects of long-term low-intensity aerobic exercise intervention on oxidative stress and hepatocyte apoptosis in diabetic rats. In this study, 100 rats were used. After the rats were purchased, the rats were fed with adaptive feeding for a period of time. 75 rats were selected to make diabetic model rats, and the other 25 were reared normally. After successful modeling, the model rats were randomly divided into model control group(M group), high-intensity exercise group(HM group), medium-intensity exercise group(MM group), and normal-fed rats as normal control group(group C). After 20 weeks of running intervention, running intervention, blood was taken from the tail of the next day, and blood was collected after exhaustive exercise on the 1st day after exercise to detect creatine kinase(ck)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), hepatocyte integrated optical density(IOD). The study found that the concentration of FINS in group M, MM group and HM group was significantly higher than that in group C, p<0.05. The concentration of FINS in MM group and HM group was significantly lower than that in group M, p<0.05. The FBG concentration in group M,MM group and HM group was significantly higher than that in group C, p<0.05. The FBG concentration in MM group and HM group was significantly lower than that in group M, p<0.05. HOMA-IR was significantly higher in group M, MM group and HM group than in group C, p<0.05. HOMA-IR in group MM and HM group was significantly lower than group M, p<0.05. The MM group was significantly lower than the HM group in the FBG and HOMA-IR indexes, p>0.05. The IOD value of group C was significantly lower than that of M group, MM group and HM group, p<0.05;the IOD value of group M was significantly lower than that of MM group, p<0.05;the IOD value of HM group was significantly higher than that of MM group, p<0.05. In terms of CK and LDH, group C and group M were significantly higher than MM and HM groups, p<0.05
