新形势下关于西藏农牧类院校科研管理工作创新的思考

摘　　要：科研管理是高等院校及科研机构科学研究活动正常进行的重要保障,在我国各领域科学研究迅猛发展的今天,很多科研机构都存在着科研管理工作发展滞后且缺乏创新的状况,此类情况在我国中西部偏远地区尤为突出。本文以地处我国西南边陲的西藏农牧类高校为例,针对该地区科研管理工作中存在的问题进行了详细分析,同时从科研管理理念、管理模式、管理方法以及管理队伍等几个角度阐述了西藏高校科研管理工作创新发展的建设方向,以满足新形势下西藏科研工作快速发展的需要。Scientific research management was an important guarantee for the higher learning or normal conduct of scientific research activities of institutions. Nowadays, with the rapid development of scientific research in various fields in China, most scientific research institutions were lagging behind in the development of scientific research management and lacking of innovation, which was particularly prominent in the remote areas of the mid-west in our country. This paper took Tibetan universities located in the southwest border of China as an example, analyzed the problems in management of scientific research in detail, meanwhile, the direction of innovation and development of scientific research management were expounded in Tibetan colleges and universities from the perspectives of scientific research management concept, management mode, management method and management team, in order to satisfies the requirement of the rapid development of scientific research under the new situation in Tibet.
