摘　　要：目的探讨心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病患者发生医院感染的现状、病原菌分布及护理对策。方法选取2014年1月至2018年6月我院收治的心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病患者1038例作为研究对象,发生医院感染108例,感染发生率10.40%,分析医院感染发生情况,制定针对性护理措施。结果医院感染发生部位主要为呼吸道(35.18%)、泌尿系(24.07%)、皮肤黏膜(16.67%),主要的病原菌为肺炎克雷伯菌(26.97%)、表皮葡萄球菌(14.61%)及金黄色葡萄球菌(13.48%),检出病原菌的标本为痰和呼吸机插管末端,分别占38.20%和16.85%。结论对于心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病患者,在监测生命体征、基础护理及心理护理基础上,做好抗感染护理,提供安全有效的个体化治疗护理方案,提高对患者的救治能力非常重要。Objective To investigate the current status of nosocomial infection,distribution of pathogens and nursing strategies in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods We selected 1,038 patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2018 as the study subjects.Among them,there were 108 cases had nosocomial infection,with the infection incidence of 10.40%.We analyzed the nosocomial infection status and developed targeted nursing measures for it.Results The main sites of nosocomial infection were respiratory(35.18%),urinary system(24.07%)and skin mucosa(16.67%).The main pathogens were klebsiella pneumoniae(26.97%),staphylococcus epidermidis(14.61%)and staphylococcus aureus(13.48%).The specimens of pathogens were detected in the sputum and at the end of the machine cannula,which accounted for 38.20%and 16.85%respectively.Conclusion For patients with hypoxic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,on the basis of monitoring vital signs,basic nursing and psychological nursing,we should provide anti-infective nursing,as well as safe and effective individualized treatment and nursing programs.It is crucial to improve the treatment ability for patients.
