摘　　要：企业选择优秀的合作伙伴对产业集聚企业联盟中建立和运作至关重要,它不仅关系到新市场价值创造、合作企业成本降低等,也直接影响着企业联盟的效益和效率。本研究通过分析产业集聚下企业合作理论,在此基础及背景下建立战略伙伴选择的指标体系、选择的方法和科学的合理选择过程。为产业集聚下企业选择最优的战略合作伙伴提供理论指导。The selection of excellent partners for enterprises is crucial to the establishment and operation of industrial agglomeration enterprise alliances.It is not only related to the creation of new market values,the reduction of cost of cooperative enterprises,but also directly affects the efficiency of enterprise alliances.This study analyzes the theory of enterprise cooperation under industrial agglomeration,and establishes the index system,selection method and scientific rational selection process of strategic partner selection under this foundation and background,to provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to choose the best strategic partners for industrial agglomeration.
