摘 要:本文以某服装制造企业的礼服生产过程为研究对象,为解决制造过程中存在的忙闲不均,人员利用率偏低,订单不能如期完成等问题,针对该生产过程进行了细致的调研、分析。首先本研究对瓶颈工序进行了工作负荷转移以达到如期交货,然后通过设置看管周期,设计了工人在看管周期内在一些工序内灵活机动工作的方案。通过以上改善,有效地解决了人员利用率偏低的问题,取得了较好的改善效果。This paper takes the dress production process of a garment manufacturing enterprise as the research object, and solves the problems in the manufacturing process, such as the low utilization rate of the personnel, and the failure to complete the order as scheduled. We conducts detailed investigation on the production process. Firstly, this study carried out the workload transfer of the bottleneck process to achieve the scheduled delivery, and then designed the flexible operation of the workers in some processes by setting the watch cycle. Through the above improvements, the problem of low utilization rate of personnel has been effectively solved, and a good improvement effect has been achieved.
