摘 要:目的针对目前缺少临床常用微波消融针仿真模型的问题,构建一种简洁、实用的2450 MHz水冷微波消融针的肝脏消融仿真模型。方法采用有限元分析方法,构建了微波消融针和肝脏的简化几何模型,通过耦合电磁波传输和生物组织传热两个物理过程,动态分析肝脏介电特性变化和水蒸发引起的相变传热,从而获取消融过程的组织温度场分布。结果温度场分布结果表明,仿真模型在消融区形态特征、组织温度变化和消融区尺寸方面与同类型消融针实验结果相符合。结论基于常用微波消融针的仿真模型构建方法和计算结果具有较好的实用性和临床应用价值。Objective A simplified and practical liver microwave ablation simulation model based on 2450 MHz water-cooled slot microwave ablation antenna was established for the lack of such models of clinically frequently used antenna. Methods Finite element analysis method was used to solve the electromagnetic waves propagation and bio-heat transfer coupling problem based on simplified antenna and liver geometric structure. Liver dielectric properties and bio-heat transfer with phase change was dynamically studied to acquire temperature distribution during ablation process. Results Calculation results of temperature fields demonstrated that simulation models matched well with in vitro experiments on the aspects of morphological characteristics of ablated area, tissue temperature changes and dimension of ablated tissue. Conclusion This proposed method and simulation model based on commonly used antenna are practical and promising for clinical microwave ablation studies.
