摘　　要：介绍了一种全浮式汽油机活塞销和连杆小头配合导致的异响,对其声音特性进行了试验研究,分析了异响的特征,考察了配合间隙、活塞销刚度、机油压力等因素对异响的影响。并对其产生的机理进行了分析,提出了全浮式活塞销和连杆小头运动副设计的准则。A type of noise which is caused by the interaction of piston pin and connecting rod small eye is described,and it’s character is tested and analyzed.The influence of clearance,piston pin stiffness,piston pin roughness and oil pressure are investigated.Finally,the principle of this noise is recovered and the design rule is made.
