摘 要:现代高等教育越来越重视创新性思维的培养,这样才能培育出具有前瞻性、市场性和创新性的复合型人才。IDEO思维模型与高校创新性思维的培育在很多方面都可以共融共通,大学生创新性思维培养的三大主体都在IDEO思维模型中担任着不同的任务。在课程设计、教学过程、课程实践、课程考核等方面,IDEO思维模型的应用可有效弥补传统专业课程中重技法、轻思维的不足,培育和提升学生的创新思维与实践能力。Many universities pay more and more attention to the cultivation of innovative thinking,so as to cultivate forward-looking,market-oriented and innovative compound talents.In order to explore challenges and creative solutions to problems,innovative thinking is a series of thinking and action processes carried out by students,which are different from conventional or ordinary people.The IDEO thinking model and the innovative thinking in universities can be in common in many aspects.The three main subjects of college students'innovative thinking training have different tasks in the IDEO thinking model.The application of IDEO thinking model can effectively make up for the shortcomings in traditional professional courses in the aspects of curriculum design,teaching process,curriculum practice,curriculum assessment,etc.and cultivate and enhance students'innovative thinking and practical ability.
