摘　　要：高校学籍管理是一项比较复杂的服务性管理工作,关系到学生的前途和学校的发展。学校应对学籍管理工作加以重视,明确当前学籍管理工作中存在的问题与不足。通过树立“以生为本”的服务理念、规范管理制度、加大宣传力度、提高信息化水平等措施,不断完善高校学籍管理工作,引导其向现代化、规范化和科学化的方向发展,使学籍管理能为学校师生及教学管理工作提供更多、更好的服务。As complex serving work of administration,college students archives management impacts students future as well as college development.Thus colleges should lay more emphasis on this work through clear recognition of existing problems and weaknesses.By building the serving concept of centering on students,regulating management system,strengthening publicity and promoting informatization construction,students archives management can be consistently improved and lead to modern,standardized and scientific development so that it is capable of providing more and better service for teachers,students and teaching management.
