摘　　要：新时代背景下,高校各项建设迅猛发展,高校的档案管理工作也进一步创新与完善,传统的档案管理工作与信息化、数字化推进中的高校档案管理产生了激烈冲突,如何在新时代加强高校档案管理工作,提高高校综合实力,已成为高校档案管理工作者的首要课题。本文旨在通过浅析高校档案管理工作的研究现状,总结其他学者对于高校档案管理的观点;同时分析高校档案管理工作中现存的问题,并提出相应的对策,以期能为我国的高校档案管理工作提供有益的借鉴。Under the new era background,the construction of colleges and universities has developed rapidly,and the management of archives in colleges and universities has been innovated and improved.When traditional archives management work and college archives management in informatization and digitization has a fierce conflict,how to strengthen the archives management in colleges and universities in the new era and improve the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities has become the primary issue of college archives management workers.This paper aims to analyze the research status of college archives management,summarize the views of other scholars on college archives management,analyze the existing problems,and propose corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide useful reference for the management of college archives.
