摘 要:利用工艺分析、理论计算与建立刨花运动流场模型进行数值模拟分析的方法,研究拌胶机主要结构参数对刨花在拌胶机中运动轨迹的影响。结果表明:拌胶爪与机壳内壁间距离、拌胶爪安装角度、各爪间间距是刨花运动轨迹曲线的振动幅度、疏密程度及料环厚度的主要影响因素,调整拌胶机的结构参数,会使刨花运动轨迹发生明显的变化,影响施胶均匀性、拌胶时间和拌胶效率;建立刨花运动轨迹流场模型,模拟拌胶机设备参数对刨花运动轨迹的影响,数值模拟结果验证了理论分析结果,为拌胶机的设计和调整提供参考。With process analysis,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation analysis by establishing the flow field model of wood shavings motion,we studied the influence of the main structure parameters of the blender on movement trajectory of wood shavings in the blender.By theoretical analysis,the distance between claw and inner wall,the installation angle of mixed claws,the axial distance between the claws are the main influencing factors of the vibration amplitude,the degree of density and the thickness of the material ring on the motion trajectory curve of wood shavings.Adjusting the structure parameters of the blender will cause a significant change in the trajectory of the wood shavings,affecting the uniformity,the time and the efficiency of mixing glue.The flow field model of wood shavings motion trajectory simulates the influence of equipment parameters of the blender on the trajectory of wood shavings.The numerical simulation results verify the theoretical analysis results and provide reference for the design and adjustment of the blender.
