移载机偏斜故障的分析及改进措施

摘　　要：该文分析了移载机发生偏斜故障的原因。负载不均衡和同步误差的积累是造成移载机偏斜的原因。通过重新布置油缸位置减小负载不均衡性,通过每个工作周期清除一次同步误差消除了误差的积累,从而避免了移载机偏斜故障的发生。This article analyzes the cause of deflection failure of the transfer machine.The load unbalance and the accumulation of synchronization errors cause the deflection of the transfer machine.By rearranging the position of the cylinders to reduce the load unbalance,eliminating the accumulation error by clean the synchronization error in each working period,thus avoiding the deflection fault of the transfer machine.
