马关县林业生态扶贫攻坚的思路与策略

摘　　要：马关县在开展林业生态扶贫攻坚中实施了生态治理脱贫、林业产业脱贫和生态保护脱贫,取得了一定成效。文中对开展林业生态扶贫攻坚的劣势进行分析,认为目前尚存在着林业产业结构单一,林业惠农政策落实不到位,林业产品销售渠道不畅等问题。藉此,提出依托林业重点工程建设项目,发展特色产业脱贫、结合生态保护脱贫等生态扶贫方略,加快发展林下经济、生态休闲服务、特色经济林、林业种苗繁育等产业发展,加大林业科技扶贫力度,构建生态宜居环境等建议,发挥林业在生态扶贫攻坚中的独特作用。The ecological control, forestry industry and ecological protection in ecological poverty alleviation by forestry were carried out and made achievements. The analysis for the disadvantages of ecological poverty alleviation in forestry concluded that there were still some problems at present, such as the single structure of forestry industry, the inadequate implementation of forestry policies benefiting farmers, and the poor sales channels of forestry industry. This paper suggested to develop characteristic industry combined with the ecological protection based on forestry key engineering construction projects, speed up the industry development of under - forest economy, ecological leisure services, characteristic economic forest and seedlings breeding, increase the intensity of forestry science and technology in poverty alleviation, build ecological livable environment and play the unique role of forestry in ecological poverty alleviation.
