摘  要:我国民办高校在办学模式上存在着诸多困境,包括“谁出资”的“狭隘”与“谁收益”的“敏感”,外部管理的尴尬与内部管理的两难等。为突破困境,政府层面需要在制度设计、政策落实和综合监管等方面整体布局;社会层面要转变观念、消除偏见并积极参与民办高等教育办学;学校层面要准确定位、规范管理并提高教育质量。只有政府、社会与高校三方协同发力,才能有效突破办学模式的困境,促进民办高校的发展。There are many difficulties in the running mode of Chinese private colleges, including the limitation of “who pays” and the sensitivity of “who benefits”, the convergence of recognition and orientation, the embarrassment of external management and the dilemma of internal management. In order to break through the dilemma, the government needs the overall layout in system design, policy implementation and comprehensive supervision;at the social level, we should change our ideas, remove prejudice and actively participate in running private higher education;at the college level, we should accurately position, standardize management and improve teaching quality. When government, society and colleges work together, we can break through the dilemma of running mode effectively, and promote the development of private colleges.
