摘　　要：随着社会的高度信息化,现代信息技术中的"多媒体、数字化、网络化"因素正在影响传统教学,并将开创新的教学模式。针对顶岗实习管理中存在着滞后性、单一性、被动性等问题,采取与信息化教学技术有机结合,从组织管理、实习指导、校企沟通、心理咨询等方面对顶岗实习管理进行了重新设计,实践表明顶岗实习质量得到明显提升。With the high degree of information in today's society, the factors of "multimedia, digitalization and networking" in modern information technology are affecting traditional teaching and will open up new teaching modes. Aiming at the problems of lagging behind, singularity and passivity in the management of post practice, the management of post practice has been redesigned in such aspects as organization management, practice guidance, school-enterprise communication and psychological consultation.Practice indicates that the quality of post practice has been obviously improved.
