摘 要:以Ⅱ类超晶格320×256长波红外探测器为核心部件,开发了一套高灵敏度长波红外探测系统.介绍了Ⅱ类超晶格红外探测器的技术指标及系统的主要结构和工作方式.为充分发挥该红外探测器的灵敏度,设计了高灵敏度信息获取系统,并介绍了该信息获取系统的软硬件设计.该信息获取系统采用了自适应信号调理技术,以降低信息获取噪声,提升探测系统的灵敏度和动态范围.最后对整套长波红外探测系统开展了信息获取噪声测试、系统性能测试及外场成像实验.实验结果表明:长波红外探测系统的信息获取噪声低至0. 065 m V,系统的噪声等效温差(NETD)达到19. 6 m K,黑体探测率为7. 72×1010,外场成像质量良好,图像细节清晰,对比度高.该长波红外探测系统有利于推动Ⅱ类超晶格红外探测器在高灵敏度长波红外遥感探测中的应用.A high-sensitivity long wavelength infrared detection system was developed based on the typeⅡ superlattice 320 × 256 long wavelength infrared detector. The technical specifications of the type-Ⅱ superlattice infrared detector and the main structure and working mode of the infrared system are introduced.In order to give full play to the sensitivity of the infrared detector,a high-sensitivity information acquisition system was developed. The software and hardware design of the information acquisition system is introduced. The information acquisition system adopted an adaptive signal conditioning technology to reduce information acquisition noise and improve sensitivity and dynamic range of the infrared system. Finally,the information acquisition noise test,system performance test and outfield imaging experiment are carried out for the whole long wavelength infrared detection system. The experimental results show that the information acquisition noise of the long wave infrared detection system is 0. 065 mV,the NETD is19. 6 mK,and the blackbody detectivity is 7. 72 × 1010. The quality of outfield imaging is good,the details of the images are clear and the contrast is high. The long wavelength infrared detection system is conducive to the application of type-Ⅱ superlattice infrared detectors in high sensitivity long wavelength infrared remote sensing.
