摘 要:目的探讨NF-κB在口腔鳞状细胞癌及癌旁组织中的表达意义。方法选择口腔鳞状细胞癌患者47例,切取口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和肿瘤边界外5 mm的癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测NF-κB在口腔鳞状细胞癌及癌旁组织中的表达,并与32例口腔正常黏膜组织对比分析。结果口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁组织的免疫组化阳性细胞的平均光密度值(OD值)高于正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁组织的免疫组化阳性细胞的平均光密度值差异无统计学意义(P=0.356)。口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁组织的NF-κB阳性率等级评分结果高于正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁组织的NF-κB阳性率差异无统计学意义(P=0.117),但口腔鳞状细胞癌组织的中强阳性率高于癌旁组织(P <0.001)。结论 NF-κB可能与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of NF-κB in oral squamous cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues. Methods Cancerous and paracancerous tissues about 5 mm outside the tumor boundary were cut from 47 patients with OSCC. NF-κB expression in these tissues were detected by the immunohistochemical SP method and compared with that in 32 normal oral mucosa tissues. Results The average optical density(OD value) of immunohistochemical-positive cells in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues was higher than that in normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001). There was no significant difference in the OD values between cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues(P=0.356). The rate of NF-κB positive expression in cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa tissue, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the rate of NF-κB positive expression between cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues(P=0.117), but the rate of moderate-to-strong positive expression in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P < 0.001). Conclusion NF-κB may be involved in the development of OSCC.
